User Agreement

1. This document represents an offer from the Internet resource "2BAY" (hereinafter referred to as 2BAY) to an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the User) who wishes to post materials belonging to the User (hereinafter referred to as the Materials) on the 2BAY service at the address: http:// (hereinafter referred to as the Service), to view and/or download from the Service (download) Materials posted by other Users, or to use the Service in any other way, and to enter into an Agreement governing the relationship between them regarding the use of the Service.

2. By using any of the options specified in paragraph 1 of the Agreement, as well as by using the Service in any other way, the User expresses his/her consent to all the terms of this Agreement and the User Agreement, which is available at: http://, and undertakes to comply with them or stop using the Service.

3. The User undertakes not to use the Service to upload, store, and/or distribute any Materials that violate Russian law or the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, or that contain viruses or other malicious code. The User is solely responsible to third parties for their actions related to the posting and/or storage of Materials on the Service. The User undertakes to resolve all third-party claims related to the posting and/or storage of Materials on the Service at their own expense.

4. The service does not allow storing password-protected archive files.

5. 2BAY reserves the right to remove any Materials from the Service at any time without notice to the User and without explanation. Specifically, grounds for removal of Materials from the Service include posting Materials that violate the provisions of this Agreement, the 2BAY User Agreement, including Section 7, which sets forth requirements for user information posted on 2BAY), legislation, and/or the rights and legitimate interests of third parties (including posting Materials that violate the intellectual property rights of third parties);

6. If partial removal of Materials is impossible, 2BAY has the right to remove all User Materials.

7. Repeated (more than once) or significant violations of Russian Federation Law, the terms of this User Agreement, or the rights or legitimate interests of third parties while using the Service may result in 2BAY banning the User from using the Service. This ban may be implemented by blocking access to the Service from a specific IP address or range of IP addresses.

8. All Materials posted by Users on the Service website reflect solely the opinions of the Users who posted them. 2BAY does not share or support these opinions and does not guarantee that posted Materials comply with the law. 2BAY does not moderate Materials posted by Users.

9. All Materials posted on the Service website are considered the property of the Users who posted them until there is reason to believe otherwise. Service Users do not acquire any rights to use Materials posted by other Users beyond the capabilities provided by the Service, and are fully liable to the owner of the Materials for their unauthorized use.

10. 2BAY shall not be liable for the use (both legal and illegal) by third parties of the Materials posted on the Service, including their reproduction and distribution, carried out both within the Service and by other possible means.

11. The Service is provided «as is.» 2BAY does not guarantee that the Service meets the User's goals and expectations, that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Materials posted by the User on the Service will be secure. 2BAY does not verify the Materials posted on the Service and is not responsible for their content, compliance with Russian legislation, or the safety of their use (including, but not limited to, the absence of viruses or malicious code). The User posts, downloads, views, and uses the Materials (including clicking on links to other Internet resources contained in the Materials) at their own risk. 2BAY does not compensate for any damages, direct or indirect, caused to the User or third parties as a result of the use or inability to use the Materials posted on the Service or the Service as a whole.

12. This Agreement and all relations related to the use of the Service are governed by the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

13. All claims related to the use/inability to use the Materials within the Service must be sent via the feedback form to http:///mail.php.

14. 2BAY may change the text of this Agreement and/or any other terms of use of the Service at any time without notice to the User. The current text of this Agreement is located at: http:///agreement/.

If you agree with the user agreement, then this document must be certified with an electronic signature.
If you are not satisfied with at least one of the clauses of the agreement, then close your browser window and do not use this service.

Your signature means that you have read the user agreement and agree with all the points, without exception.
